Project Objective :

To create an original hybrid multiplayer game using cards and a mobile application. Our intentions included emotionally investing the player in the social evolution of their character, reflecting on the pitfalls of social networks, and a hybrid gameplay involving virtual and real social judgment.

Project Description :

Players embody characters with specific personality traits, choosing responses via tangible cards to gain mental health and Likes. The latter, the game's main currency, allows players to purchase goods and increase popularity. The most popular player wins the game, but a wrong decision can quickly lead to a downfall.

Issues Encountered and Solutions Implemented :

As the first hybrid game, creating a captivating design combining tangible and digital elements posed challenges. Brainstorming sessions and numerous tests were necessary to achieve a satisfactory result.

Conclusion :

Social Dive was an excellent experience, providing an opportunity to meet skilled individuals. It allowed me to refine my design and project management skills.
